Originally, it was the passion of sailing that initiated the idea of Coriolis Composites. The image of the boat is still accurate because, in addition to the reliability of the creation itself, it is thanks to the strength of each crew member that the boat can enter the race and brave the elements. We still cultivate a certain wild spirit that allows us to move forward taking nothing for granted.
At Coriolis Composites, men and women are at the heart of our business project!

Gender equality index

Each year, companies with at least 50 employees are required to publish a gender equality index, as well as the score obtained for each of the indicators that make it up. This obligation is part of the Professional Future Act of 5 September 2018, which aims to eliminate the pay gap between women and men.

This index is measured on a 100-point scale, obtained by evaluating the 5 indicators defined by the law and identical for all companies:

1. Elimination of the pay gap between women and men in equivalent positions

2. Equal opportunities for increases
3. Equal opportunities for promotion (only in companies with more than 250 employees)
4. Wage developments for employees returning from maternity or adoption leave
Maternity or adoption leave 5. Professional equality between women and men in the top 10 salaries

In accordance with the Rixain law of 24 December 2021, companies with an insufficient score on the index must establish, publish and communicate corrective measures or progress targets. This data is also available on this page.

The score for the year 2023 is below 85. Nevertheless, we note that our index has improved by 6 points over the past year and we are continuing our action plan to achieve our objectives described below.
